Happy Wheels Squid Island Quest
Happy Wheels has finally arrived just in time for the impending demise of Flash. It was a tense wait, but we are thrilled to announce its release. We understand if the uncertainty of Happy Wheels' fate kept you up at night, but rest assured, the game is now here for you to enjoy.
For those who were not aware of the game's development, this is an exciting update for you. As this is the initial public release, there may be some bugs that need to be addressed. Despite my personal preference for Flash, I must admit that Happy Wheels runs smoothly on mobile devices, although on-screen controls are not yet available. However, this feature will be added in the upcoming version, so please bear with us.
If you are eager to play on your phone, a Bluetooth keyboard can be used as a workaround. While I initially promised the game would run at 60 frames per second, some of the more challenging levels may run slower at this rate. Nonetheless, there is an option to adjust the frame rate, and I may consider hosting a 60 Hz version for users with high-performance CPUs.
Happy Wheels JS stays true to the original game in terms of design and gameplay, with the user database, levels, and replays remaining untouched. The only thing missing from this release is the impending apocalypse that once threatened the universe. Thank you for your patience, and we hope you enjoy playing Happy Wheels on your mobile device.
